Around May, June, July, Metro Office Fit Outs carried out two large renovations. The first for LGPM. Lynchborough Corporation and the second for Green Solutions Australia.  The first office fitout was for LGPM. This fitout included: glass wall partitions / reception area and desk / electrical power and data /plumbing/ glazing / floor coverings carpet tiles/ painting/ fire protection work/ alarm systems etc.

Lynchborough Corporation was incorporated in 1992 and, like GPM was a family-owned company. It’s focus and key competencies are Design, Engineering and Project Management, and these attributes along with GPM’s experience across a very broad selection of industries.

Green Solutions Australia is accredited with Essential Services Commission to perform energy efficiency and energy saving services under Victorian government’s VEET scheme. This particular fit out included: partitions / suspended ceiling tiles/ electrical power and data /plumbing/ glazing / floor coverings carpet tiles/ painting/ fire protection work/ alarm systems etc.
